Susanne Hafner-Holter and Michael Holter successfully completed the acquisition of the majority of Jasmin Holter-Hofer's shares.

With the new ownership structure, the HOLTER Group, founded in 1873, remains in family hands. Susanne Hafner-Holter and Michael Holter are now the majority shareholders and bear responsibility for the future of the family business. This continues the tradition of over 150 years while simultaneously creating a strong foundation for future challenges.
